New Payscan.exe for Windows for the SVL Collar Rental System - thanks to SL Resident Zackanory!

In case you are a user of the SVL system (Self-Vendor for Livebots) which allows you to rent out owner access to your OpenCollar or other compatible collar system, you probably know that because LSL does not permit direct detection of payments to your avatar, you need to use an external piece of software to monitor payment messages to your chat.txt file.  The system I provide is the "payscan" bash script which runs under linux.  Since Windows 10 a linux subsystem has been available as an optional add-on (official microsoft stuff). Like a lot of microsoft stuff, it is quite good - I use it as my main day-to-day linux implementation, good to develop stuff that is destined for a linux system or cluster.

Well, not everyone is a linux user and I was hoping some helpful user would provide something that runs a little more Windows-native - and yes someone has!  Zackanory has built an .exe (open source, written in C#, .cs and other source code provided) that does the job.

Zack pointed out to me that his code *ought* to work fine under mono in linux and maybe even in MacOS - I'm enthusiastic about this possibility and if anyone gets either of these things working (mono is a "universal" implementation of the .NET system used by Windows and it works surprisingly well, for example using Radegast.exe).

Zack also runs a high-tech whorehouse in SL using SVL and his payscan.exe system and is always on the lookout for new talent!  18+ only please!
